We do not sell data, show ads, or use tracking or analytics cookies. We do not store your IP address.
How it is used and who sees itR2D Development Portal
Data is used only to run the bug tracker. Reports, public comments, attachments, and usernames are visible to anyone visiting the portal, signed in or not. Exploit reports are private: only the reporter and staff can see them. Staff (debuggers, developers, admins) can see everything needed to triage reports, including internal comments.
HostingAll services
Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which provides HTTPS and protection against abuse.
Keeping and deleting dataAll services
Data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and everything linked to it, contact us below. When we delete an account, we remove your comments, reproductions, votes, uploads, saved devices and notifications. Bug reports you filed stay so other players' contributions are not lost, but they are anonymized and shown as by "Deleted user".
Exception for suspended accounts: if your account is suspended when it is deleted, we keep your Roblox user ID and the fact that it is suspended, and delete everything else. This stops a suspension from being undone by deleting and recreating the account. If your account is not suspended, nothing is kept.
